Osasco Sign Polish Opposite Magdalena Stysiak
Polish opposite Magdalena Stysiak has joined Osasco for the 2026/27 season, completing her long-held ambition of playing in Brazil.

Osasco São Cristóvão Saúde have confirmed the signing of Polish opposite Magdalena Stysiak for the 2026/27 season.
The 25-year-old will begin the first Brazilian chapter of her career after playing in Italy and Türkiye. Her previous clubs include Vero Volley Milano, Fenerbahçe and Eczacıbaşı.
Stysiak said playing in Brazil had been one of her childhood ambitions. Osasco’s history, international reputation and sporting project were important factors behind her decision.
The 203-centimetre opposite brings significant experience from major club and national team competitions. She has represented Poland at the Olympic Games and helped the national team collect three consecutive Volleyball Nations League bronze medals.
Osasco coach Luizomar de Moura believes Stysiak will add attacking power and blocking strength to the team. The club also expects her to contribute in defence despite her height and main role as a scorer.
Stysiak will join her new teammates when Osasco begin preparations for the upcoming Brazilian season.
