Poland Begin Final Preparations for VNL Finals in China Article
Poland will complete a short training camp in Spała before travelling to China for their VNL quarterfinal against Ukraine.

Poland have entered the final stage of their preparations for the 2026 Volleyball Nations League Finals following a successful week in Chicago.
Nikola Grbić’s team won all four matches in the United States and dropped only one set. Poland ended the Preliminary Phase with a 3–0 victory over hosts USA, securing second place in the standings.
After returning to Warsaw on Tuesday, the players will gather at the Olympic Preparation Centre in Spała on Wednesday evening. Their flight to China is scheduled for Friday, leaving only a short period to prepare for the knockout stage in Ningbo.
According to TVP Sport, 15 players are expected to participate in the training camp. Jakub Kochanowski and Marcel Bakaj have left the extended group that travelled to Chicago and are not expected to play at the Finals. Kochanowski is set to undergo a minor procedure as part of his knee treatment.

Poland will open their Finals campaign against Ukraine in the quarterfinals on Thursday, July 30, at 13:30 local time in Ningbo.
