VakıfBank Signs Czech Opposite Monika Brancuska
VakıfBank signs Czech national team opposite Monika Brancuska, the top scorer in both the German and Czech leagues in recent seasons.

VakıfBank has signed Czech national team opposite Monika Brancuska as part of the club's roster planning for the new season, the Turkish club announced on August 8.
Brancuska, 22, born in 2004, previously played for PVK Olymp Praha and VfB Suhl LOTTO Thüringen. During the 2025-26 season, she won the German league and German Cup titles, and has won the Czech Cup three times and the Czech Super Cup once. In 2024, she also won the Challenger Cup with the Czech national team. Brancuska was the top scorer in the German league last season, after also earning that distinction in the Czech league during the 2024-25 season.
Speaking after her transfer was announced, Brancuska said: "I'm very excited to be wearing the VakıfBank jersey next season. Playing for a club with such a rich history and big ambitions is an honor for me."
