Serbian Clubs Learn Their European Cup Opponents
Crvena zvezda, Železničar Lajkovac, Karađorđe and Takovo have learned their potential opponents following the European club competition draws in Luxembourg.

Serbia’s representatives have discovered their paths in the CEV Cup and the men’s and women’s CEV Challenge Cups following the draw in Luxembourg.
Crvena zvezda face a difficult CEV Cup round of 32. The Belgrade club will meet the losing team from the Champions League qualifying tie between Slovenia’s ACH Volley and Sporting Lisbon of Portugal.
In the women’s Challenge Cup, Železničar Lajkovac will play either Sporting Braga or Denmark’s Aarhus. The Serbian club will start away from home and will be expected to challenge for a place in the round of 16. The two legs are scheduled for November 24–26 and December 1–3.
Karađorđe Topola will begin the men’s Challenge Cup against Spanish side Río Duero Soria. The opening match will be played in Spain from November 10–12, with the return leg in Topola from November 17–19. The winner will face Volley Näfels or Bigbank Tartu.
Takovo Gornji Milanovac will host Riga in its opening match. If Takovo advance, their next opponent will be either the BVA Cup winner or Maccabi Yadim Tel Aviv.
