Italy's Women Head to Cavalese, Then Poland Before Euros
Italy's women's volleyball team will train in Cavalese before heading to Poland for a four-team tournament ahead of the European Championship.
Italy's women's national volleyball team is returning home after finishing third at the 2026 Volleyball Nations League, following a win over China. The players will have a short break before reporting back for national team duty.
On Friday, July 31, the squad will regroup in Cavalese to begin preparation for the European Championship. The training camp in Val di Fiemme will run until August 7.
On August 10, the team, including Danesi, will travel to Poland for the Agata Mróz Olszewska President's Cup in Koszalin. The tournament, named after the late Polish volleyball player, will also feature the national teams of Poland, France, and Ukraine. Matches will be played from August 11 to 13 at the Koszalin Sports and Entertainment Arena.
